The Aim for Maintain Basics


The daily routine is brutal when it comes to making a change. It's a survival instinct and there is nothing you can do to keep it from taking over your life. However, if it weren't for the Daily Routine, we would all be living out of this world stressful lives. 


The key is to get it set the way YOU want it.  So our advice is to set the simple goal of Aim for Maintain.


We recommend people Aim for Maintain(ing)  these three simple goals:

  • Drink A Little Water - You are 70% water. Drink it!!!  Start with adding just one 8 ounce glass per day and build from there.
  • Do A Little Exercise.  The body likes to be in motion.  You don't need to run a marathon - just go for a walk!
  • Save A Little Money.  Having Financial Comfort is a great thing and greatly reduces your stress load.  It also directly leads to a better relationship with your spouse and children.
